Negative online reviews are like slow poison. They slowly kill your business. How negative reviews can kill your business – you will be thinking now? See, they can compel your prospective buyers to change their minds about your products. When they seek information about your products, they would see negative reviews if they appear on the first or second page of the search results, the reviews would create a suspicion in their minds. Once suspicion would house in their minds, they would start thinking about other option since no one wants to buy a product from any company about which he has suspicion in his mind.
 
Who posts negative reviews? Of course, it is your unsatisfied who post negative reviews against your products in order to pacify their anger. Why do they post negative reviews? It is because they don’t find a platform to communicate with you and express their dissatisfaction, forcing them to use to express their dissatisfaction. So, if you provide a platform where they can express their dissatisfaction and their words are listened to sincerely and they are promised to help in their concern, then for sure they would not have to go online to post their concern.
 
I don’t think it is such a big task that you cannot do. You can do this, even if you are a small business house. You will not have to spend a big amount for this. Just hire a customer care professional and provide a toll free number to your customers. If you provide quality products, number of unsatisfied customers would be very less. So, one professional would easily manage everything. If you think that you cannot provide toll free number and you cannot afford a customer care professional, I would advise you to provide your customers an email id using which they can reach you. When any customer would have any concern, he would email his concern to you and you can reach him whenever you find some free time. Their email to you will lessen the incivility in their heart about your products and your sensible reply to their query will completely erase the same.
